Heating & Air Conditioning Services
We understand that no other single system in your home plays a larger role in your comfort or how much your utility bill will be than your heating and air system. That’s why we specialize in comfortable, cost-effective heating and air solutions, including furnaces, and heat pumps. We also provide annual maintenance contracts and assess your heating and air system to evaluate its energy-efficiency.
The most important factors in determining which heating and air system to buy are the size and layout of your home as well as:
- Energy efficiency and efficiency rating of the system
- Type of system
- Quality of equipment
Size of Home and Layout
Your All Phase sales representative will measure your home and determine your family’s comfort needs. Do you have a sprawling ranch-style home or a small single-story? Are there cathedral ceilings, an indoor spa or an exercise room? How well insulated and weather-proofed is your home? Answers to these and other questions will help us design a system that is perfect for you.
Zoning is another method of individually controlling different areas of the home. Vaulted ceilings, indoor spas, multiple levels and other architectural features may make your home a good candidate for zoning.
Does your family include infants or elderly people whose needs are different from other family members? All Phase takes all of these variables into consideration before recommending a comfort system.
Keeping energy costs down requires a combination of lower energy usage and higher system efficiency. The more energy you use, the more important efficiency ratings become. Generally speaking, the higher the efficiency rating, the more expensive the system. All Phase will help you choose the system that offers the optimum energy efficiency within your budget.
Type of System
There are primarily two types of systems. The Package System which is a heating and cooling unit all in one that is located outside. Package systems are available in gas heat with electric cool and Heat Pumps which are all electric. The second type is a split system. With a split system the furnace is separate from the A/C and must be protected from the weather, attic, garage or crawl space are good furnace locations. The A/C unit is located outside and up to 50’ away from the furnace and connects to the furnace cooling coil with Freon lines.
