Sheet Metal Expert

Ray is our sheet metal expert and long time employee. Ray has 40 plus years in the Heating & AC industry and enjoys dirt bike riding, fishing, and the occasional Hula Hoop competition.

Comfort Consultant

Brad is our Comfort Consultant and long time employee. He loves working for the best company in Nevada County where the employees are great and do their best on every job. He appreciates feeling more like family than an employee. When you are ready to replace your system, Brad is the person to help you find the best option to fit your needs. If Brad's not giving estimates, you will find him on the golf course and hanging out with his wife and kids.

Brian is one of our Lead Installers who, along with his brother, has been with us for years. He said he likes working for a company where it feels like you are part of a big family. He loves fishing, camping, riding dirt bikes and hiking. All with his wife and kids, of course.

Trevor is one of our hard-working Installers. When he's not keeping busy at work, he enjoys disc golf, sports and hanging out with his family.

Craig is one of our incredible Lead Installers that loves his career and his co-workers. He enjoys our work activities like attending professional baseball games and backyard BBQ's. He spends his free time with his wonderful wife and kids riding dirt bikes and camping. He loves being with friends and also teaching his boys how to do things.

Tristan is one of our Installers. He enjoys working in a team environment and says All Phase allows him to take pride in his work. Although he enjoys playing pool, collecting movies and participating in Renaissance fairs with his friends, the rest of us enjoy his amazing hair style.

Chris is one of our skilled Service Technicians who has been with us for nearly 17 years! Aside from seeing his sister everyday at the office, he is also proud to be part of the most successful HVAC company in Nevada County. When he's not solving HVAC puzzles, he enjoys being with his family, snowboarding, and his time on the lake.

Chuck is one of our diligent Service Technicians. He said that working here is like coming home to a second family and everyone is very friendly. When he's not problem solving, he's either wood-working, 3D printing, or playing softball and disc golf.

When she's not pulling permits, she is spending time with her love, her friends, and her dog. She also enjoys music, photography, and doing anything outside - especially by the water.
